Terms of service

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These terms explain how to buy at https://boehme.com.es, the payment methods, delivery and your rights as a customer. They apply to online purchases for personal use and are complemented by the shipping and refund policies published on the website. No section limits the rights granted to you by applicable law.

1. Who sells the products

Owner: José Andrés Morales Boehme
Trading name: Boehme Concept
NIF/NIE: Y6678594Y
Address: Carrer de Francisco Giner, 45, local, 08012 Barcelona, Spain
Email: info@boehme.com.es
Website: https://boehme.com.es

Shopify provides the shop's technology platform. The seller responsible for handling purchases is Boehme, not Shopify.

2. Who can buy

The online shop is aimed at end consumers. To place an order you must be over 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If a minor wishes to buy a product, their mother, father or legal guardian must make the purchase on their behalf and take on the contract.

If you are a shop, professional or company looking for wholesale terms, write to us at info@boehme.com.es. These requests are handled separately through a specific proposal and terms. Requesting information does not mean an order or discount has been accepted. Consumer status depends on the actual purpose of the purchase and on the law, not only on requesting an invoice.

3. Products and availability

The features, materials, dimensions, price and availability are shown on each product page. Boehme does not currently offer personalised or made-to-order products.

Handmade products may show variations in tone, texture or finish. We describe relevant variations on their product pages; their handmade nature does not exclude the guarantee or justify differences incompatible with the description or expected quality. Photos are indicative as regards how colours appear on different screens, without limiting our obligation to deliver a conforming product.

If, exceptionally, an item you bought is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund, without undue delay, what you paid for it and the corresponding shipping costs. We will not substitute one product for another without your consent or require you to accept a voucher.

4. Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where relevant. Before paying you will see the price of the products, the shipping costs and the order total. We will not add optional services or charges without your express acceptance.

Free shipping and discounts only apply when the conditions announced on the website are met, such as destination, minimum amount or the validity period of a promotion. The cost and delivery options for your order are shown before you confirm the purchase. Later changes to prices or promotions do not affect orders already placed.

For destinations involving customs procedures or a different tax regime, you will be informed before purchase of any import taxes, duties or clearance fees payable by the customer. If they cannot be calculated in advance, you will be warned that they may be charged. Not all destinations are assumed to be available: they must appear as enabled during checkout.

5. How to place an order

Select the products and their options, add them to the cart and go to checkout. Enter your contact, billing and delivery details; choose a shipping or pickup option and a payment method. Before confirming, review the items, quantities, address, discounts and total. You can correct your details in the cart and on the checkout screens before the final step.

By clicking the final payment button, identified as an action that involves payment, you accept these terms and undertake to pay the amount shown. Purchases may be made in Spanish; if other languages are offered, they will be available through the shop's language selector.

Once the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided with its number and summary. The purchase is concluded when the process is completed successfully and the order is confirmed. Keep that message. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and contact us before placing the order again.

We will keep the electronic record of the order for as long as necessary to manage it and to meet our legal obligations. You can request a copy or information about your order at info@boehme.com.es. These terms can be saved or printed from the website. We will provide the contractual confirmation and the relevant legal information on a durable medium, at the latest when the products are delivered.

If you notice an error after paying, write to us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to correct it or arrange its cancellation. Once shipped, the solution will depend on its status and the applicable return rights.

6. Payment methods and invoicing

We accept card, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, provided they are available for your device, destination and order at checkout. Payments are processed through the relevant providers and may require authentication or authorisation.

If you choose a Klarna deferred payment option, review its instalments, due dates, possible costs and requirements before accepting it. Its availability and approval depend on the provider. Financing is not guaranteed for every order and no option is assumed to be free of charge.

If a payment is declined or not completed, it will not be processed as a paid order. If you see a charge without an order confirmation, contact us so we can review it. Justified checks to prevent fraud do not give us the right to arbitrarily cancel valid purchases.

You can request your invoice by writing to info@boehme.com.es with the order number and the necessary tax details. The invoice is free of charge. Electronic invoicing is subject to the consent required by law; you may request a paper copy at no cost.

7. Delivery and in-store pickup

The enabled destinations, options, costs and delivery times are shown on the website and during checkout. Details are set out in the shipping policy: https://boehme.com.es/policies/shipping-policy. The applicable delivery time will be the one stated before purchase; unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days from purchase.

If you choose in-store pickup, wait for our notice that the order is ready before coming to Carrer de Francisco Giner, 45, local, 08012 Barcelona. Contact us to arrange pickup during opening hours.

If there is a delay, we will inform you and honour the applicable rights, including the right to terminate the purchase when the legal requirements are met. Boehme bears the risk of loss or damage until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the product, except in the legal case of a carrier hired by you that was not offered by Boehme.

8. Cancellations, returns and exchanges

You may request free cancellation before shipment. For online purchases you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify your withdrawal without giving a reason, and a further 14 calendar days from that notice to send or return the items.

Returns are sent or delivered to our shop at Francisco Giner, 45. Returns are free: Boehme covers the return shipping cost, including change-of-mind returns. If you withdraw from the entire purchase, the original cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered is also refunded, but not the difference for a more expensive option chosen by the customer.

The refund is made using the same payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed at no cost, within 14 calendar days of your notice. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or proof of their return, whichever comes first, unless we have offered to collect them. Exchanges based on preference are handled through a return and a new order.

See the full instructions, the required condition of items and the optional withdrawal form at https://boehme.com.es/policies/refund-policy. We do not require an unboxing video to make a claim, nor do we exclude the right of withdrawal on the grounds that pieces are handmade or unique.

9. Legal guarantee and issues

If you receive a wrong, incomplete, damaged or defective product, contact info@boehme.com.es. Boehme will cover the costs needed to resolve it when the issue is attributable to us or there is a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee.

For new goods, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery. Repair or replacement and, where applicable, price reduction or termination of the purchase will be governed by applicable law. The refund policy sets out these remedies without reducing your rights.

10. Use of the website and personal data

You must provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure, if you use one. You may not use the website for unlawful activities, introduce malicious code or interfere with its operation. The content is protected by the rights belonging to Boehme or its owners; commercial reproduction requires authorisation.

Information on data processing and the use of cookies is available at https://boehme.com.es/policies/privacy-policy. Making a purchase does not mean automatically accepting advertising. Where your consent is required for marketing communications or non-essential technologies, it will be requested separately and you may withdraw it.

11. Complaints and governing law

You can send enquiries or complaints to info@boehme.com.es or to our postal address. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond as soon as possible and, in any event, within the legal maximum of one month. You may also contact public consumer bodies and the competent courts.

Spanish law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of habitual residence where applicable. Disputes will be submitted to the courts determined by law, including those of your place of residence where you are entitled to this. No waiver of your jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration is imposed.

12. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. Each order is governed by the version in force at the time of purchase, which will not be changed retroactively. If any clause proves invalid, the consequences provided by law will apply without reducing the customer's rights.
