Made-to-Order Products

In our store, you will find products that we do not have in stock. If you are interested in any product, you must send us an email at info@boehme.com.es to receive more information on how to obtain it.

Exchanges

If the exchange is due to an error by the customer (such as placing an incorrect order or providing the wrong shipping address), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

If the error is due to BOEHME, the customer will receive the requested merchandise at no additional cost.

To accept an exchange, both the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and include all original contents.

Returns

If the customer considers that the product does not meet their expectations, the product price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. The customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer will be asked to return the product properly packaged and will bear the return shipping costs. The product must be in perfect condition in order to proceed with the refund.

Defective Merchandise

If the merchandise arrives defective or if any item is missing from the package, the customer must contact BOEHME through the message option found in the Contact section to resolve the issue. To process the claim, the customer must provide photos or a video of the product during the “unboxing.” If, after review, the product is considered to have a material defect, it must be returned via postal service, and the customer will be reimbursed for shipping costs, or the product can be returned directly at the store. In this case, BOEHME will replace the defective product with one in perfect condition at no additional cost.

However, if the damage is due to negligence in the use of the product, BOEHME will not be responsible for the return, and the customer will bear any administrative costs associated with the return.
