Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to the following locations:

Spain: Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

Europe: All countries on the European continent, including both EU and non-EU members.
2. Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times
We work with DHL Express and DHL Parcel, offering two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (DHL Parcel):

Mainland Spain: 2–3 business days

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3–5 business days

Rest of Europe: 4–7 business days

Express Shipping (DHL Express):

Mainland Spain: 1–2 business days

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 2–3 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, strikes, or national and local holidays (particularly in the region of Catalonia).
Delivery times are calculated in business days.
3. Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Thursday: will be shipped the following morning.

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday: will be shipped on Monday morning.
The order will only be shipped once the availability of the selected item has been confirmed and the payment has been approved.
4. Shipping Costs
All prices include VAT and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment, provided by DHL.
6. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
